Job Role: Jr. Recruiter

Location: Vadodara

Work Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (Mon-Fri)

Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates using various channels {Screen resumes and application forms}
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Participate in the interviewing process
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist with onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed and engaged.

0-1 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (e.g., HR).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, IT or a related field (preferred).
Tech-savvy with a passion for the IT industry.
Results-driven and self-motivated.
