Roles & Responsibility:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead, mentor & inspire IT professionals, providing guidance on technical aspects & best practices.
• Make key technical decisions & drive the implementation of scalable & reliable solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends & emerging technologies, ensuring our solutions align with best practices.

Architecture & Design:

• Collaborate with the design team to provide robust and scalable solutions to the clients.
• Ensure that technical designs align with the business requirements & industry standards.

Code Review & Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular code reviews meeting with the team to maintain code quality & enforce coding standards
• Implement & oversee best practices related to software development, testing & deployment

Collaboration & Communication:

• Foster a collaborative & positive work environment within the team
• Communicate effectively with team members & other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field
• Should have minimum 6-7yrs of experience into IT development
• Proven experience in a leadership role, guiding & mentoring IT professionals
• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
